We have signed up to the new ‘Respect’ ASB charter for housing. This is to show how important we believe it is to offer you a high quality Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) service, which is accountable to you.
ASB is a key issue for landlords, residents and communities across the country. This voluntary charter was developed with all of these groups and it focuses on the ASB services delivered by landlords.
There are seven ‘commitments’ in the charter. We will continue to review our service to make sure that we meet these standards, show good practice and tailor our service to meet your local needs. |
