Monday, 09 January 2012 09:04

e and d logo1In 2011 we asked residents, employees and partner organisations about the equality issues that matter most to them. Thank you to everyone who helped us to develop the Swan Housing Association Single Equality Scheme. The Scheme was agreed by our Board in December and copies of the Scheme document will be available in March 2012. The Scheme sets out our progress to date and how we will make further improvements over the next three years.

If you would like to know more about our Single Equality Scheme or speak to someone about equality and diversity at Swan please telephone Samantha Sizeland on 01277 844242 or send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

New ASB standard signed
Wednesday, 02 November 2011 00:00

Respect Logo We have signed up to the new ‘Respect’ ASB charter for housing. This is to show how important we believe it is to offer you a high quality Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) service, which is accountable to you.

ASB is a key issue for landlords, residents and communities across the country. This voluntary charter was developed with all of these groups and it focuses on the ASB services delivered by landlords.

There are seven ‘commitments’ in the charter. We will continue to review our service to make sure that we meet these standards, show good practice and tailor our service to meet your local needs.
