Meet the residents of the London Resident Consultative committee. Every six weeks residents get together with Swan staff to make sure the repairs and housing service is performing well.

Members represent their neighbours and local communities.As well as making sure their neighbourhood receives good quality services they have:

• Attended government sponsored conferences and events on anti social behaviour.
• Met with swan senior management and board members to discuss improvement plans and future plans for Swan Housing Association.
• Taken part in the review of the rent arrears service, resident involvement service and allocations policy.
• Visited other areas of Swan’s housing to find out about the issues affecting different communities and what swan is doing to address them.
• Raised and resolved issues affecting their local communities.
