The London RCC covers E. London, including Tower Hamlets, The Isle of Dogs, Havering, Chadwell Heath, Redbridge, Hornchurch, Romford, Ilford, Barking, Dagenham, Newham and new areas and regions as they are developed.

‘The Resident Consultative Committee are regionally based in Essex, Basildon and the London areas. The committees meet bi-monthly or monthly and discuss neighbourhood, community and environmental issues. The Committees also become involved in attending service reviews and help Swan set standards, ie rent arrears, Lettings and Allcoations and Voids etc. At each meeting a formal agenda is set and policies are submitted to the Committees which are approved by them before they go to Swan’s boards of management. They also receive reports from Swan staff regarding  service performance in their region’.
