Earlier this year we did a phone survey of 200 residents to ask your views on the service we provide at Swan. The leaflet enclosed within this newsletter tells you who did the survey for us and why it was important. It also summarises the main results and tells you about our plans to improve. We will keep you informed of these improvements in future editions of this newsletter.
