Our Residents’ Annual Report was developed with help from nearly 100 of you and the final report was sent to you in October.

We always involve you in what we do at Swan and this year’s report was no different. You were first consulted back in June and again at the Residents’ Conference.

Have you ever looked around your estate and wished you could do something to make it better?

Well now you can, with an Estate Improvement Grant.

Every year we provide £65,000 to support ideas that will improve your local community. It can be used to improve the environment or the security around where you live.

Over 80 Swan residents came to the West Ham United FC, for your annual Residents’ Conference, on Saturday 18th June.
