Your Residents’ Annual Report
Monday, 05 December 2011 00:00

annual-report-thOur Residents’ Annual Report was developed with help from nearly 100 of you and the final report was sent to you in October.

We always involve you in what we do at Swan and this year’s report was no different. You were first consulted back in June and again at the Residents’ Conference.

We even set up a Residents’ Annual Report Focus Group that had a say on everything, from the colours, to pictures and the content.

“This year’s report is better than last year’s and the general view is that it is much friendlier." Residents’ Annual Report Focus Group

It is only the second year that we have produced a report for residents after the TSA, our regulator, asked all Housing Associations to put one together. Without your help, ideas and feedback, this year’s Residents’ Annual Report would not have been as good as it is.

“I did not think we could have improved on what we have produced.” Residents’ Annual Report Focus Group

So, a big thank you to everyone who got involved.

And Finally.............

Probably, the cheapest contents insurance around

my Home logoAt just 86p a week and no excess to pay - this contents insurance is a bargain! It's made just for social housing residents and recommended by the National Housing Federation, ‘MYHome Contents Insurance Scheme’.

Swan do not insure your furniture or personal possessions - so if you have a theft, fire or flood, we will not replacement your damaged items.
