basket-ball Have you ever looked around your estate and wished you could do something to make it better?

Well now you can, with an Estate Improvement Grant.

Every year we provide £65,000 to support ideas that will improve your local community. It can be used to improve the environment or the security around where you live.

We are keen to make improvements and want you to be involved in deciding how we spend the money. It can be a small project or a big one with funding up to £10,000!

In the last year we installed new security doors and gates, put up extra lighting in some car parks, invested in gardening projects, installed electronic pigeon deterrents and completed estate tidy-up days.

This is just a taste of what can be applied for, so don’t be afraid to suggest a new idea of your own!

If you would like apply for an Estate Improvement Grant you must be able to show that your idea will bring added value to your community and it must be supported by other residents. Your idea will then go to your local Resident Consultative Committee to be agreed.

Want to know more about getting a grant?
