Residents will now be more involved in their repairs service than ever before, in your very own Resident Quality Panel.

Residents will be talking directly with other residents and our employees about the quality of our service and their experiences.

They will be inspecting work we do, like the standards we have agreed with you on repairs and when homes are let to new residents.

They will also be mystery shopping to make sure we are living up to our service promises.

I am so looking forward to the first meeting in January and knowing that our residents will be helping us shape the future of their repairs service
