link to asb leafletWe appreciate that how we deal with reported cases is an area we want to improve. We held a focus group with residents on 12th Jan 2010 as part of our on-going review.

The aim of the focus group was to engage with residents across London and Essex who have recently experienced and reported ASB to us and to learn from their experiences.

Their feedback will be used to create guidance notes for others who have suffered ASB and improve our services.

The focus group discussed:

  • how we deal with ASB
  • their confidence in the way we deal with reported cases
  • the need for regular communication and feedback from staff
  • the importance of reporting antisocial behaviour to the local neighbourhood teams.

Further ASB focus group meetings will be held in the near future.

Please contact your neighbourhood Housing Officer if you are interested in taking part.
