Here at Swan we value the input of our residents in helping us to improve our Services. With your feedback we have developed a number of Local Offers and you can find them all in our Local Offers Action Plan.

Local Offers – What are they?

Local offers are additional standards agreed with you, our residents. They are tailored to meet your local needs and priorities, and help us improve our services. An offer may apply to all residents, an estate, or to a group of tenants such as older persons or those with a disability.

These offers have been developed and agreed with residents to make sure we are doing what matters most where you live.

We started consulting with you in June 2010 and the first round of offers will be implemented from April 2011. On the back of this leaflet are the local offers, which will be monitored monthly by mystery shopping, residents’ groups, Residents’ Consultative Committees, Service Improvement Committees and Senior Managers.
