Swan London and Swan Essex are both transferring into Swan Housing Association Ltd. Following our consultation with you, and a fairly complex legal process, this will happen from 1st October 2010.

There will be no change to current:

• Tenancy agreements
• Lease terms and conditions
• Allpay rent and service charge payment cards
• Your access to our services.

If you are a tenant of Swan Essex or Swan London you should have received a formal notice from us under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.

Becoming one Swan will mean:

• Cost savings - for example, there will only be one Housing Association that needs legal administration, instead of the current three
• Better use of resources - staff time saved can be redirected into providing our services
