The TSA regulatory framework requires all social housing providers to produce an annual report by 1st October each year. 

Please see the links below for the first new style report which we have worked with residents to produce. A summary version has been posted out to all residents this week.

The report sets out our service offer against each of the 6 national standards, our current performance,  how we plan to get better in 2010/11 and the local offers we have agreed with residents. 

Please take time to look at the new report as it contains a lot of useful information about the work we do.
