Mark Saint, our community web developer and a Swan resident was one of the first people to try the new on-line rents payment system and said: It’s certainly a lot easier than paying by phone, and more convenient than paying at a Pay Point. It only took me a couple of minutes to register the first time, and you get a confirmation email that gives you your payment details, so you have something for your rent payment records. I’ll certainly be using it from now on If you have questions about this service you might find the answers in their FAQ HERE What is allpayments.net?allpayments.net is a secure online payment facility to accept, authorise and process payments for you. This service is provided by the UKs leading payment solution provider, allpay.net. What do I need to use allpayments.net?To use allpayments.net you need a payment card. This payment card is a magnetic swipecard which looks like a credit/debit card and usually has the name of the organisation to whom you are paying your bills. Since your payment card has no monetary value, you will also need a credit or debit card. Which types of credit/debit card does allpayments.net accept?You can pay your rent using Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch (Maestro) and Solo cards. What if I am experiencing problems?The service is made as easy to use as possible but if you run into difficulties, you can email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it in the first instance. How safe is the information I enter?You will know you are in a secure site by looking at the address bar at the top of the screen. Instead of the usual http://, you will see https://. This means that the site is a secure one. Do you keep my card details?Card details are not kept .
