Following the Short Notice Inspection in January 2010 the Audit Commission recommended that we review our Service Standard Leaflets with the purpose of including additional information for residents and service users. This task was included in our Short Notice Inspection Action Plan. Swan consulted with residents and service users in a number of ways throughout this process. The Plain English Campaign also made a number of changes to ensure that the leaflets are easy to read and understand

Swan is pleased to announce that the 2011 annual report for residents is now available online. Hard copies will be delivered to residents by 1 October 2011.
The aim of our annual report is to let you know how well we performed in 2010/2011 against the Tenant Services Authority Standards.
We have set out what we are doing to meet these standards and provided details of the plans we have developed with residents to improve our services for the coming year.
This report has been agreed by our Resident Consultative Committee and members of the Annual Report Focus Group
