axis_manAxis have introduced a new IT system which shows when a missed appointment may occur and helps them react to it. This new IT system should help to avoid missed appointments, but it may still happen on occasion due to unforeseen circumstances.

When missed appointments occur Axis will write to you and let you know that the ‘missed appointment fee’ of £21 will be added to your STARCARD.

By including the missed appointment fee on your STARCARD, it means that the money gets allocated quicker to residents, which saves time and is better value for money.
