We are pleased to announce that we have reached the end of a financial year with 100% of our homes holding a valid Gas Safety Certificate. This marks a further milestone after achieving 100% for October, November and December as well.

It is our responsibility as a landlord to make sure that our homes have a yearly gas safety check. For this period last year we were at 99.8%; but it is always that last small percentage which is the hardest to achieve and prevents us from achieving a complete success; but not this year!

We have to thank our Gas Safety Co-ordinator, who has worked really hard to achieve this and in no small part through the excellent support of the Housing Teams, our repairs contractor Axis, and our residents for allowing us access to complete our safety checks.  We have reached our target total.
