At Swan, we’ve been working hard to make our repairs service better for you. We’ve got new technology that makes ordering and getting your repair done easier than ever. We know it’s important to make it easy for you to order a repair, tell you of any changes and arrive when we say we will. So we have improved the way you can report repairs online.
On our new repairs web site you can book an appointment slot so the repairs engineers turn up when you want them to. You can even track, change or cancel your repair online. Just for good measure, you can also change the language and size of text if you need to.

Please bear with us - while we finalise & quality test the service - making sure it works just the way you need it to.
Register if you need to, so it’s unique to you, then book your repair. You can even access other services such as seeing your rent statements and pay your rent through the secured website.
I’ve logged in - now what?
There’s an easy to use diagnostic tool to help you identify and choose the correct type of repair you need, through labelled images. All emergency repairs will still need to be reported via the Axis Call Centre on 0800 783 2768.
Hand held touch-screens
The repairs engineers will soon be using handheld technology. These are little, electronic touch-pads that mean Axis can plan and monitor their workload and keep in better contact with each other and you. They will keep you up-to-date with your repair by text messages, see ‘Keeping you up-to-date by text’ on page 14.
