Our new Choice Based Lettings scheme called HomeKey is now live. You can use the HomeKey’s website to view properties that are available for letting as well as finding out how properties have been let, but please remember you will not usually be offered a transfer if you are in rent arrears...

To use Homekey:-

• You need to register on the transfer list and get your password so you can log on to www.homekey.co.uk
  
• Then, when a property becomes available that matches your bedroom size and requirement you will receive an email to let you know
• You can then log onto the website for the property details and express an interest (or bid) if you wish to be considered
• The website will have a photograph of the property together with details such as the number of bedrooms, type of heating and the cost of the rent.
• The website is updated weekly and you may find some properties in an area you haven’t considered moving to before. As long as it’s the right size for your family you will be able to bid for it.

Bids can be made through the Homekey website or by phone or text.
