We’re bringing Block and Estate Surgeries to your area soon.

This means we will come to an area near you to meet you, answer any questions and offer advice. We want all our residents to be able to access our services and it is good to talk face-to-face, as listening to you helps us to make our service better.

We are keen to encourage attendance across the diverse communities we serve, particularly residents from ethnic minority backgrounds.

An interpretation service will be available on request.

• Rent and Welfare Benefit advice
• Caretaking and cleaning
• Resident Involvement and community activities

In Essex:

Churchview and Five Links estate surgeries are held in the Laindon Shopping Centre Office between 9am and 1 pm on:

• 13th September
• 13th December

Appleford Court & Charlton Close Block surgeries

• 10th July (times to be confirmed locally)

Clacton on Sea Coppins Hall Community Centre, Maldon Way - 10am-2pm

Steepleview Steeple View Community Centre, 2pm-4pm

• 3rd September

In London:

The following Block surgeries will take place between 5 pm and 7 pm at these locations on the following days:
