All Axis staff wear uniforms and carry ID, but you should always ask to see their ID for safety. An incident recently came to light when a man came to a resident's home and claimed to be from Axis. He was not wearing an Axis uniform and when the resident asked for ID the man ran off. If you are ever unsure please call Axis on 0800 783 2768 who will be able to confirm if they work for Axis.
