This time of year is very busy for Swan’s maintenance staff who deal with an increased number of calls from residents who find that their boiler or heating system is not working correctly. To avoid these problems it is worth checking your heating system by turning it on for an hour or so. You should also keep in mind a series of basic checks which can help to solve any issues you have in getting the central heating system to work. Before running the system check:
If, after carrying out these checks, your heating system is not working you should contact Axis on the freephone number 0800 783 2768 and arrange for a gas engineer to visit.
