Service Reviews

From time to time we review a particular service to make sure that it is of good quality and is value for money. We will invite residents to be part of these reviews. This may involve a longer commitment because you will see the review through from start to finish.

Policy, Strategy and Procedure Reviews

All new and revised documents that affect the service residents receive are already submitted to the Residents Consultative Committees for comment before the Board approves them. We are continually developing this area of work.

Contractor Selection Panels

A lot of work to your homes is contracted out. When we put these contracts out to tender we want to know how well the company will respond to resident concerns, therefore we involve residents in the selection process to get their opinion.
