As a Member of Swan's Customer Feedback Panel you will receive a newsletter twice a year advising of progress of the panel, and how your input has made a difference to Swan's services. (available below) You may not be asked to attend regular meetings, and instead based on your preferences you may be asked to participate in focus groups, surveys, questionnaires, steering groups, editorial panel, mystery shopping, resident away days and resident conference’s. £10 shopping vouchers will be awarded for involvement in panel activities.
