| Residents help shape our services |

On Friday 30th May, over 20 residents joined Swan staff for the day to help set priorities for improving services over the next 12 months. Residents from London and Essex came together at the Docklands Watersports club to find out how Swan plans to improve its services and to offer their feedback and suggestions. Residents worked in small groups with staff and found out more about plans to improve services such as Customer Care, Resident Involvement, Estate Management and Regeneration and also commented on draft customer leaflets. We also collected residents’ feedback on priorities for improvement. The outcomes from the day and details of how Swan is taking them forward will be included in the next edition of the newsletter.
