we would like to know what equality issues are most important to you Later this year Swan will be writing a new plan that sets out our equality priorities and how we will deliver them. This means how we will provide fair and suitable services for residents and service users and tackle the issues that are most important to different groups of people in the community. We will also look at ways in which we can help people in our neighbourhoods to get on well together.

Before we begin writing this plan we would like to know what equality issues are most important to you as a Swan resident or service user.

If you would like to give us any comments or ideas then you can telephone, email or write to the Housing Diversity Manager.  Focus groups will also be set up in the near future to discuss this further.  If you are interested in attending a focus group please also contact the Housing Diversity Manager using the details below.  We would be grateful if you could let us know by the 3rd of May 2011.
