We have finished building the community room for the residents of the Bow Cross Estate in East London.

We carried out a ‘community needs survey’ to find out what the local people wanted to use the community room for.

When it opens in the summer it will offer a series of services that local residents asked for, including:

• education and learning activities
• IT and computer training
• healthy living initiatives and
• english learning classes

We are working with a number of partners to make sure we can deliver the services residents asked for.
