Swan aim to be a leaders in creating sustainable communities. So in October 2009 our regeneration team started a ‘Regeneration Master Class 2009/10’ with some of the best names in regeneration.

The courses are run in partnership with British Urban Regeneration Association (BURA), Building Research Establishment (BRE), Kent Architecture Centre and Ferguson Wood Consultants.

This means that during our regeneration schemes we will become the best at:

• making sure we get the best quality in our new buildings
• our relationships with our partners
• urban design
• looking at the ‘bigger picture’ like social, environmental and economic issues
