Estimated time: 4 meetings a year plus other meetings Although the day to day work of the Association is carried out by the staff, the boards of management govern the association. The Swan Housing Association Board is made up of professionals from various areas of the sector, everyone is a volunteer and brings a wide range of skills and experience to help make the best decisions for the Association and its residents.
