There are various easy ways that you can let us know about ASB. We can help you and give you peace of mind. What is ASB?ASB can be anything from neighbour disputes to serious criminal behaviour. The most common types of ASB might be:
In a nutshell, ASB is any behaviour that causes, or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to others in your neighbourhood. If your unsure, talk to your Housing Officer. How can I report it?Reporting ASB is the first step to stopping it. Please call us on 0300 303 2500 and ask to speak to the Neighbourhood Team about your concerns. Please have as much information to hand as you can, like names, dates, times and where it happened .They might already know about it and are taking action or with your help can do something about it . NEW! ASB out-of-hours service - call 0800 075 6699 We know that ASB can happen at any time - day or night, so we now have a new out-of-hours ASB service. This means you can call and report ASB when it happens, even when our offices are closed and can still speak to a trained member of staff. To report ASB or get support before 9am or after 5pm, call 0800 075 6699 and your call will be answered by someone who can help. This is good because:
