Swan was named as one of 3 finalists in the National Housing Federation’s Neighbourhood Awards 2008, in the ’Liveability’ category.

The nomination was put forward by a resident on the Five Links estate who recognised the improvements which the regeneration has brought to the community over the last 10 years through secure by design features, improved housing services as well as reduced crime and ASB.

The Awards ceremony, which was hosted by Lorraine Kelly, took place in Birmingham on 18th September and Louise Christopher, the resident who nominated us and her partner Vincent, attended with Swan staff.
