Swan wants to improve their services and make them more accessible for everyone. We also want ensure that there is no discrimination within our organisation, on the grounds of a person’s gender.

We need you to tell us about your experiences when you access Swan’s services and any ideas you have for improvement. We are keen to get views from a wide range of people includiung residents, those from organisations, staff and any other interested groups.

We have compiled a questionairre that we would like you to complete. This questionairre will form part of our work in accordance with the Equality Act 2006, which involves producing an action plan.
