Swan wants to improve their services and make them more accessible for everyone; but in order to do so we need you to tell us about your experiences with Swan, and let us know your ideas for improvement.

We are keen to get views from a wide range of disabled people, carers, organisations, staff and interested groups, and to start us off we have compiled a survey that we would like you to complete.

This survey will form part of our work under the Disability Discrimination Act 2005, which involves producing an action plan, which in turn will help us form our Disability Equality Scheme. This action plan will set out what we are going to do to improve our services to those with a disability.
