Swan Housing Association is delighted to have been judged Social Landlord of the Year at the Housing Excellence Awards which were announced recently.

These awards celebrate those who have distinguished themselves with their work in both the social and private housing sectors and were delighted to acknowledge all of the work that Swan does for its residents.

Winning was particularly satisfying for Swan because, in addition to recognising the work carried out in investing in stock, tenant empowerment, Best Value and social inclusion, the award also recognises the contribution made by our committed workforce.'
