Swan has successfully run a tenant reward scheme over recent years, providing cash rewards to residents who keep to their tenancy agreements and maintain clear rent accounts.

It’s time for us to review the scheme and provide something that is more attractive to residents and helps Swan be a landlord of choice. Whilst we discuss options with residents, staff and our Directors we have suspended the current scheme.

The new scheme should be up and running by the middle of 2008 and further updates will be provided.
