Swan is committed to stopping Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) and to providing homes in neighbourhoods that are clean and safe. We believe you should be able to live in your home safely and securely. We know anti-social-behaviour can affect many people in different ways.
Because we are aware that anti-social-behaviour can happen at any time, we now offer a dedicated out of hours service to enable you to call and report ASB as it happens.
This is in addition to the existing service that we already provide, and
allows you to speak to a trained member of staff, out of office hours
and at the time and incident is taking place. When your Housing Office is closed you can still report anti-social-behaviour and get support by: Calling 0800 075 6699 and your call will be answered by someone who can help - You don’t have to wait for office opening hours before you can make a report, you can make a call when you need it most.
- You can get advice and information as you need it, and can be referred to the police and other agencies that can help.
- Receive peace of mind that your call has been logged and will be dealt with effectively.
- You will be given a personal incident log number and will be contacted the next working day by your neighbourhood team.
