The Consultation shop - 21 Exeter Close Craylands Basildon SS14 3QT

A Consultation shop opened on 24th April 2006 where residents can find out more about the regeneration project and how it may affect them. The shop will be staffed by Swan's Community Consultation Manager and a representative from Basildon Borough Council.

Residents will be able to

• view plans of the site and homes to be built
• see a model of the proposed plan
• arrange an appointment to speak to a member of the consultation team, Basildon Borough Council or the Independent Resident Advisor
• get assistance with property searches, conveyancing and removals. We know that moving house can be very stressful, so we can help you look for a new home, find a solicitor and arrange removals

Opening hours
Tuesday 10 -1pm and Thursday 3-6pm

Individual Appointments

You can make an appointment to speak to someone about your home, get help with rehousing or relocation or just discuss any queries you may have.

Freehold Owners and Leasehold Owners:
Our Community Consultation Officer is available to answer your queries.

Alternatively, you can contact your independent advisor, Your Choice Housing Consultants (0800 9178909), who will be holding drop–in surgeries every Tuesday 10.00am to 1.00pm and Thursday 3.00pm to 6.00pm in Exeter Close Sheltered Accommodation Common Room.
