Keeping you updated on progress - March 2012
Work is nearly finished on the first sub phases of Beechwood Village. We’ve recently been putting in some more planting around the front of the blocks facing Broadmayne and some more trees along Churchill Avenue.
The final properties are finished and we’ve been receiving lots of positive comments.
We are also pleased that the planning permission for the next sub phases of work was approved by Basildon Council’s Planning Committee on the 8th February 2012. The design of these includes the more traditional appearance that has been used on the flat blocks on Beechwood Village.
Since the planning approval we have been working to get everything in place to enable us to start construction works on the existing estate. There is a lot to do before we can begin building, we are looking to start early summer and restart demolitions at the end of April.
